Sweet herbal stress relief

Review Date: July 15, 2009
Reviewer: Potatochips101,
I actually got this oil as a free sample that came with my purchase of lavender essential oil.
When I opened up the little sample bottle and took a sniff I thought, what is that? lavender? geranium? smells kinda herbally and kinda sweet. If you like geranium and lavender scents and enjoy a natural herbal sorta smell then you will be able to appreciate this oil's fragrance. Check out the ingredients and you'll find out what other oils are in this product.
As for the actual oil itself, it is very light. It does not leave behind a greasy feeling (which I wouldn't really mind because I have very dry skin) it goes on smooth and within a very few minutes it completely dissolves into the skin (at least it did in my dry skin).

I don't know if it has enough staying emollients to last through a massage perhaps you could add some of this oil to an unscented oil like coconut or sweet almond oil.

All in all, I like the scent of this oil enough to have come back to amazon to see if it was sold here. I like to rub some of it on my wrists and a little under my nose especially when I feel the stress rising. It makes me feel a bit more calm and the scent takes my mind off to a more pleasant place.
